The Blue Lady food truck has been on a quite a journey, originally serving gourmet hotdogs and poutine throughout Niagara on the Lake, which is often affectionately referred to as
Canada's Napa Valley.
We are taking The Blue Lady on the road again. Heading south from Canada to Union County, New Jersey (ok, not too far south), we are on a mission to bring a patriotic array of
comfort foods to our new community.
Our menu is chocked full of American classics like hotdogs and grilled cheese, Canadian favorites like poutine, and glass bottled pop (or as ya'll Americans call it,
"soda"). Get ready, Scotch Plains, Westfield and Union County pals, 'cause the Blue Lady food truck is about to make your day a whole lot tastier! 🌭🍟✨
